Welcome to KGM Studio, and my name is Tina, and it's such a pleasure to be with you today. Today I want to share a portion from one of my chapters in my book titled The Great Commission and how God has used my life in so many different ways to fulfill his calling. When we say, Here I am, Lord, send me. God is faithful to send us. When we surrender our lives to him, we give him permission to use us for his glory. He has commissioned us and given us a work permit for his kingdom in this generation. And Isaiah 6 8 says, Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, Whom shall I send? And who will go for us? And I said, Here I am, send me. As I began reflecting on my journey, I was amazed to realize that God has allowed me to travel to 16 countries, mostly to share the gospel. And looking back, I never imagined he would send me to the nations. One day while I while attending a ministry gathering in Minnesota, we were doing a prayer exercise when God gave me a vision. In the vision, Jesus was walking beside me. We were standing together on top of a rocky hill. As we looked across the horizon, he spoke to my heart. He said that I could go anywhere in the world to tell people about him, wherever the sun rises and wherever it sets, throughout every nation. Then he reminded me, I am with you, I will never leave you nor forsake you. You have my word. Carry it with you all the days of your life. Immediately my heart was overwhelmed with peace. I remember thinking, You'll really be with me. It was such a beautiful confirmation that no matter where God sends us, he always goes before us. Matthew 28, 19 to 20 reminds us, go therefore and make disciples of all nations, and surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age. And Joshua 1 9 declares, Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. That vision forever changed how I viewed missions. One of my friends often encouraged me by saying, Always move in Him wherever you go. Those words have stayed with me. Later, while I was worshiping to Phil Wickham's song, Battle Belongs, I clearly sensed the Lord saying, I'm sending you out, my daughter. At the time I was struggling to find peace in my workplace and have been praying about whether it was time to resign. Deep within my spirit, I sensed God telling me that he would become my CEO. The following month I took a leap of faith and resigned from my job. Proverbs 3:5 says, Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, submit to him, and he will make your path straight. After leaving my job, I began creating YouTube videos to share the gospel. Then God told me to start KGM Studio Podcasts. The funny thing is, I barely listened to podcasts myself. Maybe one or two episodes in my entire life. I remember asking God, Lord, how do I even start a podcast? I don't know anything about podcasts. Deep inside I sensed him saying, You're smart, you'll figure it out. God truly has a sense of humor, I tell ya. Whenever he gives me an assignment, I may not know how to accomplish it at first, but he always teaches me along the way. What once seemed impossible eventually became something I learned to enjoy. Philippians 4.13 reminds us, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. To be honest, I never liked speaking in front of cameras or crowds. I was always happier being the scenes, being behind the scenes, helping other speakers succeed. I enjoyed organizing events, setting everything up, and watching others minister. But God had other plans. He wanted me to speak for him. So over the years, he has sent me to countries such as Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, Ethiopia, Kenya, Zambia, and many others to share the gospel. Every mission trip became another opportunity to fulfill his great commission. One experience that stands out happened in Brazil. I was unexpectedly asked to preach. My first thought was, Lord, what am I going to preach? I had very little experience preaching at that time, and I felt completely unqualified. Then the Holy Spirit reminded me, open your journal and look up, look at your notes about the kingdom. I opened Matthew 10, 7 through 8, where Jesus said, As you go, proclaim this message. The kingdom of heaven has come near. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. That became my message. As I began preaching, something incredible happened. The Holy Spirit Spirit, Holy Spirit completely took over. Afterward, two members of my team looked at me and said, Wow, that was really powerful. I honestly responded, Really? What did I even say? I couldn't remember most of what I had preached. I simply knew that the Holy Spirit had filled me with compassion for the people. I was no longer focused on myself. I was focused on Jesus and on the people he loved. Luke 12 12 says, For this Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say. Looking back, I realized that when we say yes to God, He equips us for every assignment. So many people believe they aren't good enough, gifted enough, or experienced enough. But God isn't looking for perfection, he's looking for availability. I spent many hours simply praying in my prayer closet, worshiping him, reading his word, and seeking his presence. God knew when it was time. He had already prepared me long before I ever stood behind that pulpit in Brazil. One conference speaker once explained the word co-mission in a way I'll never forget. Co means partnering with Christ. Mission means the assignment. I absolutely love that. Every time I minister, I simply pray. Holy Spirit, you're up because the truth is I don't know what I'm doing without Him. John 15, 5 says, Apart from me, you can do nothing. When we humble ourselves before God, he always shows up. I've heard many ministers say, I don't even remember what I preach. I believe there are moments when the Holy Spirit comes upon us with such power that he speaks through us exactly what his people need to hear. Amen. When the assignment is finished, we simply stand back in awe of what God has done. I have had the privilege of serving on mission teams throughout the U.S. and around the world. One of my greatest joys is praying for people for healing, breakthroughs, freedom, and deliverance. I have now walked with Jesus for more than 20 years, and I still stand amazed every time I see him move through ordinary people. Mark 16, 17 through 18 reminds us these signs will accompany those who believe. One unforgettable experience happened in Ethiopia. A member of our ministry team was leading the healing and deliverance ministry. After preaching, he prayed for a young Ethiopian man by placing his hand on his head. Immediately the man fell backward under the power of God. The atmosphere in that church completely shifted. God's presence was so tangible. His shakana glory was there. Soon afterward, we were invited to pray for the rest of the congregation. As I prayed for one woman and gently placed my hand on her head, she also fell under the power of the Holy Spirit. I remember thinking, Lord, you're moving in this place. There was such a hunger for God among the people. Later I learned that we had actually been ministering to a in a Catholic church. I hadn't even realized it at the time. Yet denomination didn't matter. Their hearts were open. God met exactly where they were. Second Chronicles 16 9 says, For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. When we become willing vessels, God begins to move in supernatural ways that go beyond what our natural eyes can understand. Why is that? Because God chooses to work through his people. Jesus taught us to pray. Matthew 6.10. God is looking for men and women who will partner with him to bring his kingdom to the earth. May we always be willing to say, Here I am, Lord, send me. God is ready to allow his supernatural power to be revealed through ordinary people. What does that look like? It means healing taking place, deliverance happening, people experience freedom from bondage, freedom from bondage, and lives being transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. When we admit that we don't have all the answers, but surrender ourselves to the Holy Spirit, that's when God begins to move. That's when revival breaks out. That's when we witness the miracles, signs, and wonders. Mark 16, 17 through 18 says, And these signs will accompany those who believe. They will place their hands on sick people and they will get well. The Great Commission isn't limited to international mission trips. Your mission field can begin right where you are in your home, your neighborhood, your workplace, your school, or even at the grocery store. Jesus said in Matthew 20, 19 to 20, therefore go and make disciples of all nations, and surely I am with you always to the very end of the age. Notice that Jesus didn't say we all have to travel across the world. He simply said, Go. Wherever God pleases you becomes your mission field. I remember one day shopping at Walmart. I wasn't planning to share my faith or minister to anyone. As I walked through the store, I noticed a small group of about five people praying together outside. I had a feeling they were there to evangelize. A little later, one woman approached me in one of the aisles. She complimented me and invited me to one of their church gatherings. I smiled and said, Thank you. I'm also a believer in Jesus Christ and appreciate you inviting me. A few minutes later, two more ladies approached me in a different aisle. They began sharing the gospel and inviting me to the same event. I laughed and said, I think another lady from your group already invited me. They smiled and replied, Yes, we're all together. Then they asked me, Is there anything we can pray for you? At the time, I was still writing my book, so I asked them to pray for that. As they began praying, I suddenly felt the Holy Spirit prompting me to pray for one of the women instead. So I simply obeyed. As I prayed, I sensed the Lord leading me to speak words of encouragement and to pray that God would stir up the spiritual gifts he had already placed inside of her. 2 Timothy 1 6 says, Fan into flame the gift of God which is in you. The moment I finished praying, something incredible happened. She immediately began prophesying over me. I stood there amazed. She even looked surprised herself and said, I can't believe I'm saying these things. And she continued speaking. She shared scriptures and words that deeply encouraged my heart. I remember smiling and thinking, Wow, God, that happened so fast. It was as though the Lord had awakened something inside of her in that very moment. Whether he was activating a gift, increasing her boldness, or simply encouraging both of us, it was a beautiful reminder that the Holy Spirit is still working today. 1 Corinthians 12 7 reminds us, now to each one, the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. That encounter reminded me that God delights in using his children to encourage one another. Sometimes we think we're the ones receiving ministry, but God may turn the situation around so that everyone walks away blessed. God truly works in amazing ways. Amen. I want to encourage you today that nothing is impossible with God in Luke 137. I've witnessed his miraculous power over and over again throughout my life. There are so many testimonies that I wish I had written down because God has been so faithful. Every time I reflect on what he has done, I find myself saying, Wow, God, you're so good. I'm excited about this new season and the mission field God is opening before me, whether he sends me across the street or across the world. My desire is to preach his word and share his love. The truth is, people are searching for someone who genuinely cares about them. Our Heavenly Father looks upon the earth with compassion. He's looking for hearts that are willing to partner with him. He's looking for people who will simply say, Lord, here I am, send me. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6.33, but seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. As we seek him first, he faithfully provides everything we need. Sometimes he blesses us through unexpected people. He may prompt someone to buy you lunch, bless you groceries, encourage you with a phone call, or simply remind you that you're not alone. Those moments may seem small, but they're often God's way of showing his love through his people. It amazes me how God continues to work through ordinary believers. There are still so many people who need to know Jesus. Why not let God use you? Why not be the answer to someone else's prayer? Begin by spending time alone with God. Meet with him in your prayer closet. Worship him, read his word, the Bible, listen to his voice, meditate and hear his voice. The more time you spend in his presence, the more he will reveal his heart to you. Jeremiah 33, 3 says, Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know. He may give you a word of encouragement for a coworker, a family member, a neighbor, or even a complete stranger. He may prompt you to pray for someone. And don't be surprised if you begin to witness healing, restoration, miracles. Some people say those miracles only happen in Bible times, but I respectfully disagree. The same God who healed in the New Testament is still healing today. Amen. Hebrews 13 8 declares Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. The miracles haven't stopped. Sometimes we've simply stopped expecting them. Instead of immediately believing only human solutions are available, let's remember that we serve the great physician. While God certainly uses doctors, counselors, and other professionals, he is still the one who heals, restores, delivers, and sets people free. James 5, 14 through 15 encourages believers to pray for the sick, and Acts 10 38 tells us that Jesus went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil. I believe God wants to do even greater things in and through your life. He wants you to partner with him in his mission. Be still before him, allow him to direct your steps. Trust him to guide you on the path he has prepared. Psalms 46 10 says, Be still and know that I am God. And Proverbs 3, 5 through 6 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and will make our path straight. So today, choose to say, Yes, Lord, allow him to lead you, allow him to use you, allow him to show you his glory. So let me close out in prayer for you. Heavenly Father, I thank you for every person listening today. I pray that you would stir their hearts to embrace your great commission. Whether you call them to minister in their home, workplace, community, or somewhere across the world, I pray they would respond with willing and obedient hearts. Lord, pour out your Holy Spirit upon them. Fill them with boldness, wisdom, discernment, compassion, and love. Let them seek first your kingdom and your righteousness in everything they do. Raise up Esther's, Deborah's, David's, and Paul's in this generation, men and women who will boldly proclaim the gospel and demonstrate your love with both truth and grace. May your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Go before them, protect them, strengthen them, and bless them. May signs, wonders, and miracles follow as they faithfully obey your voice, not for their glory, but so that Jesus Christ alone would be glorified.
